Pallavi brings over two decades of investment banking experience across credit, equity, and alternative asset classes. Her career is marked by extensive work in structured finance, where she has led complex syndication deals across sectors and investor types. Known for her strategic insight and deal-making agility, she plays a central role in shaping MavenArk’s transaction architecture and client engagement model. Her ability to navigate both traditional and alternative capital markets gives the firm an edge in building solutions that are tailored, scalable, and aligned with long-term value creation.
Shantanu brings 23+ years of experience in international private banking, wealth management, and institutional advisory. He has worked closely with ultra-high-net-worth clients, family offices, and global investors, managing large portfolios and building bespoke financial strategies. His cross-border exposure and strong investor network form a vital pillar of MavenArk’s distribution and origination capabilities. Shantanu’s perspective, rooted in both relationship management and structured finance, enables him to connect macro strategy with ground-level execution — a rare combination in the industry.
Phani is a seasoned asset manager with over 20 years of experience spanning debt, equity, and hybrid structures. He is best known for launching India’s first debt-focused PMS, disrupting a space traditionally dominated by equity strategies. His expertise lies in building investment products that combine yield consistency with structural innovation. At MavenArk, Phani leads portfolio design, credit strategy, and product development, bringing a deep understanding of both public and private market instruments to every offering the firm takes to market.
Sandeep brings 25 years of technology leadership across fintech, telecom, and enterprise platforms. A TOGAF-certified Enterprise Architect and AWS GenAI-certified specialist, he has played a pivotal role in 5G deployment across India and Southeast Asia. His career spans global tech conglomerates, where he led transformative programs in AI, IoT, and mobile payments. At MavenArk, Sandeep blends deep-tech capability with financial innovation, enabling the firm to build scalable, future-ready platforms that connect capital markets with cutting-edge technology.
